Anggo Genorga

Anggo Genorga was born and raised in the Philippines and is now an overseas worker in UAE. His first lasting influence was song lyrics in the songbook collection of his older brother. Eventually, he found his way to the writings of the Beats, Jim Carroll, Miguel Piñero and Charles Bukowski.

He wrote a script for a documentary about the Philippine rap metal scene in the mid 90’s and now is finishing a manuscript for a joint chapbook with small press legend Catfish McDaris.

Some of his poems were featured on the recently released Verses Typhoon Yolanda : A Storm Of Filipino Poets, Silver Birch Press Bukowski Anthology as well as in Empty Mirrors, Mad Swirl and Piggpenn. Feel free to check his writings on { deviationcummeditation.wordpress.com }.
