Marya Zilberberg

Marya Zilberberg is yet another doctor who writes. She used to take care of patients in the Intensive Care Unit. Now she studies how to improve healthcare delivery to the critically ill and others in our hospitals, and teaches graduate students in Public Health how to evaluate research. She is well published in scientific journals, and has written a book on evidence evaluation. But what gives her one of her greatest thrills is reading and writing poetry. Her poetry has been published and/or accepted for publication at Vox Poetica, Boston Poetry Magazine, VerseWrights and The Blue Hour magazine. She writes her blog “Arkadia” from the foothills of the Berkshires in Western Massachusetts.
