I am a 59 year old, long time sixth-grade school teacher in Belchertown, Massachusetts. I have written 2 novels for young adults. One is Impossible Dreams, a story about a 12 year old girl and a fan of the Red Sox, who is not allowed to play little league baseball in her town in 1967 because she is a girl. The other is The Last Days of Walter Urbanski, and is about a young boy with a gift to see the future who “wakes up” in a coma as an old man. I have also written and produced three musical plays for 4th-6th graders. I have four children of my own.
